I was delivering the latest copy of our Newsletter in the town the other day and I happened across one of our portfolio landlords.
Locally based we usually carry out a Let only service with him , and he normally buys in the town close to the station. But he was toying with the idea of going further afield. I told him about one we have on the market a one bedroom flat in Kemspton could be a good investment choice.
Located on the outskirts it has great access whilst still being close to the amenities on offer in the area. It needs a little bit of TLC but is a good size and once tidied up could achieve a good rental income of upwards of £550 per calendar month.
He said he would call Nigel to arrange a viewing and advise if we were needed to find tenants.
It might have been a cold day for leafleting but a good day for property deals!!
