Continuing with then “Shortstown theme” , since my time there , there has been plenty of development, and building which has transformed the location a great deal , when I lived there , we had no amenities or facilities but with the growth has come a lot of change.
The location is great for access North and South and into the town centre. And when asked by a client what my thoughts were on all the building , I confirmed that this was a good thing. And it seemed that developers had gone to great lengths to ensure that they built good quality property, in keeping with the old buildings. I continued to say that I had noticed this spacious apartment on the market with Elevation. It was very similar to one we already managed with a rental income of £850 per calendar month. A pretty good return of 6%
