A local letting agency recently informed me about this property for a landlord who has been trying to sell the property since May 2015! Yes May 2015 . Here is the blog which refers to this
We are several months on and nothing has changed ! Surely a good Agent would see the issues , and deal with them . So now as the issue has not been dealt with, Mr Landlord will be paying a mortgage, insurance, ground rent , maintenance fees, utility standing charges, and council tax.
If he has another home that twice then. We know the place has not been re-let. Let’s just hope they sell it soon , or he changes agent and listens to their expertise!!
