Being a property guru we spend a lot of time analysing the property market.

what : 2012 ? why is that ? We know property has sold in this area , it doesnt appear to be overpriced.
We can speculate :
Is it really for sale ?
Where is the owner ?
If you were the owner wouldn’t you be wondering what the agent is doing ?
If the Agent is the owner , shouldn’t they be declaring that ?
Why no internals ? Is it because there is no vendor, and this is a bogus property ?
What Code of Practice , and Standards potentially are being breached?
Definitely food for thought with this one?
