Here’s an interesting Proposition, A Good sized Three Bed Semi-detached Property with Potential to Extend. Priced at £250,000 by Haart it all sounds very promising and ordinarily it would.

However, as good as it sounds, the reality is different. It is in need of updating, according to the limited images that are available, it is a bit dated. Any extension work will also be costly.So ask yourself, would any work that I have done, add anything to the Value of the Property? I would suggest not as the location is not the best. However, if you are not planning to move in the near future, then it may be worth a look, especially if you can get a better price….

Note to Agent: Get a better Camera, go back on a brighter day and retake some better shots !
